so important? Because wet is soft and dry is not...if you know what I mean. How many times have
we heard “Drink 8 glasses of water every day”? Plenty of times, and there is good reason for it.
Water is important for every element of your health, including smooth and comfortable bowel
movements.

Why do I call this solution “fiber search”? Because fiber isn’t as easy to find in your foods as it
used to be, so you have to search for it.
Fiber is important because, along with water, it helps soften things up for a smoother exit. That
means consuming lots of whole grains, fruit (fresh, not canned), vegetables, and some of that
musical fruit...beans.
Personally, I still like my occasional white bread and pasta, so I make up for it with a little

When I was
younger, I had a problem with not wanting to take time for the bathroom. After all, I was busy and
