"Digestive Bloating
Its Causes And Cures!"
Digestive Bloating - A Real Problem!
Digestive bloating is the pits, especially when it keeps reoccurring. You probably have had your
share and I’m sure you a cure sounds very good to you.
You get that lousy tight and uncomfortable feeling in your stomach that you hope will go away soon,
but most of the time it takes a while. Sometimes you go to bed having to deal with it. It’s never a
good thing.
Here’s the most serious part of the problem. Reoccurring digestive bloating is often a sign of
other severe digestive problems. I know, because I have been there and suffered that. But there is
a way out.

Digestive Bloating Causes!
Okay, it’s uncomfortable, irritating, and often downright horrible! So what causes bloating? There
are many causes, but let’s look at some of the most common causes
here:
-
Just plain eating too much, too fast. Slow down and enjoy your food.
-
Food allergies (these also can cause stomach cramps and/or diarrhea).
-
Parasites (can cause infections, which causes bloating and other serious problems).
-
Lactose intolerance (you cannot tolerate milk products).
-
Constipation (caused by other problems and includes other serious symptoms).
-
Too much air in the stomach (usually caused by those bubbly
drinks).
If your cramps and bloating are severe, you should see your doctor.

Digestive Bloating Cures!
Being bloated is a very uncomfortable experience. Having regular recurrences of bloating is a
signal that something has to change.
If you experience bloating on a regular basis, you will be glad to know that there is something you
can do about it...it can be eased and even cured! Most people think about treating their bloating
with prescriptions, but few realize that there is a way to get rid of it altogether.
Let’s consider some ways to treat, and perhaps eliminate your
bloating:
-
Eat more slowly. Eating fast is hard on a compromised digestive system. Try putting
your fork down between bites and enjoying a little conversation.
-
Eat less. The more you eat at once, the harder it is to digest.
-
Beware of stomach bloating foods. Beans, cauliflower, cabbage, and broccoli can be the
guilty culprits. Eat with caution.
-
Avoid milk products. Most adults have lactose intolerance. I know what it’s like. I
love ice cream, but every time I eat it, I pay! As you grow older, your body cannot
tolerate what it used to. So I use “Rice Dream” in my cereal, which is a milk-like
liquid that is made out of rice. You can get it at most grocery stores.
-
Beware of carbonated drinks. When ever I drink a soda or other carbonated drink, I have
to pay the price. Pain! I have learned to stay away from carbonated drinks.
-
Drinks
that are too hot or too cold can hinder our digestive system and cause bloating and
other problems. Avoid these extremes.
The above list is not a complete, but it should be helpful.
